u&i GmbH was incorporated in September 1993 as an independent consulting engineering company, registered in Hannover (HRB Nr. Abt. B. 55229) and is a 100% subsidiary of Leonardon Management & Consulting GmbH.

The company has developed a niche expertise in the development of industrial facilities for the treatment of municipal, as well as industrial & commercial waste, and its conversion into energy. Our overall project management and control of such complex and technically-integrated process engineering solutions extends through commissioning, hand-over, and the provision of full technical documentation.

Furthermore, we provide our clients with assessment studies, professional appraisals, due-diligence and feasibility studies.
