At u&i, consulting is a generic term for the provision of miscellaneous services, which cannot be directly associated with a specialist field, however these are very much part of our core competence.

Within the range of u&i consulting services offered, we include project management, project production monitoring and claim management. In order to undertake such demanding tasks, essential for maintaining budget costs and timeframes for our clients' projects, we are able to draw upon longstanding experience from employees within our organisation.

Due to our market presence in waste management and energy management we have completed a number of project development successfully, both on a national and international scale. For all such projects we are able to draw upon an extensive business network which is essential for any project development.

Our reputation as an innovative consulting company is maintained by undertaking research in core engineering sectors throughout the world. For all such research we are able to draw upon public funding.

We are no strangers to the term "Due-Diligence" – we offer this service to banks and other investors, especially for industrial plant. In addition our employees undertake training courses and seminars both in Germany and internationally. The training courses are also offered to companies, but they are geared generally to the demands of developing countries or emerging markets for allowing knowledge transfer.
