Employee participation

With a view to intergenerational corporate succession and a long-term orientation of u&i GmbH, ui Mitarbeiterbeteiligungs-GmbH was founded in 2018. This is a merger of more than 20 employees of u&i GmbH.

The employees have taken over a large part of the company shares, so that the most of the employees have become partners of u&i GmbH, who are highly motivated to shape the company and naturally want to profit from the company's success in the long term. In principle all employees of u&i GmbH have the opportunity to participate in the Mitarbeiterbeteiligungs-GmbH and therefore also in u&i GmbH. The Mitarbeiterbeteiligungs-GmbH is organized and managed by the three managing directors Margret Rauschnabel, Carsten Meyer and Ulf Dippel.
