Feasibility Studies

One of the first steps in a project can be a feasibility study. According to a German Architects and Engineering Standard (HOAI), a feasibility study is part of the initiation phase and it examines the technical, economic and also legal feasibility of the project.

A feasibility study serves as a basis for the client to decide whether the project should continue to be realized or should be modified or even discarded.
