Technical Due Diligence

Technical due diligence involves the evaluation a company or its assets for sale in terms of its potential sales value. It is not sufficient to look only look the mere economic, financial and technical data. In order to get the full picture, the technical condition of each facility or plant in question is assessed thoroughly on site. Damages, malfunctions, repairs already carried out and the general condition of individual machines and processing equipment is documented and forms the base of the evaluation. Possible risks and also potentials for future operation are also determined and estimated.
